- Dekalb County: $50.00
- Gwinnett County: $30.00
Additional Fees
- Holiday Fee: $35 (applies to appointments on federal holidays)
- After-Hours Fee: $25 (services not provided after 8:00 p.m. EST)
- Witness Fee: $50 if a witness is provided by Jacovia Woodward
No charge if you provide your own qualified witness with valid government-issued ID
I-9 Verification
- Fee: $25 per employee
- Note: I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under Georgia’s notary fee statute
- The notary public serves as an authorized representative to verify identification
